На основании их максимумов построены зависимости интенсивностей флуоресценции комплексов этого лиганда с белком и ДНК от соотношения r = макромолекула/лиганд. Показано, что кривая в случае альбумина уменьшается при низких концентрациях белка и возрастает при его больших концентрациях; в случае ДНК кривая существенно возрастает, что обусловлено связыванием лиганда и с ДНК, и с альбумином. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We study the interaction of the bisbenzimodazole compound Hoechst 33258 with bovine serum albumin and calf thymus DNA by the fluorescence spectroscopy method. The fluorescence spectra of the complexes are obtained. Based on their maxima, the dependence curves of the fluorescence intensities of complexes of this ligand with protein and DNA on the ratio r = macromolecule/ligand are constructed. It is shown that the dependence curve in the case of albumin decreases at low protein concentrations and increases at its high concentrations. In the case of DNA, this curve increases significantly.
