Показано, что наличие резонатора способствует повышению максимальной рабочей температуры генерации по сравнению с непроцессированной структурой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The first results on the study of photoluminescence and lasers radiation spectra of a CdHgTe solid solution-based quantum well structure with microdisk cavities of different diameters are demonstrated.
