Пленки сформированы центрифугированием на подложках из кварцевого стекла с последующей термообработкой. Показано, что после термообработки при 800-1200 °С длительностью 30 мин в спектрах пленок наблюдаются полосы люминесценции в видимом диапазоне, соответствующие оптическим переходам5D0→7Fj (j = 0, 1, ..., 4) трехвалентных ионов европия. Пленки рентгеноаморфны, тогда как порошок, сформированный из одного из используемых золей c концентрацией европия 0.020 М, является кристаллическим со структурой Y3Al5O12 после термообработки при 1000 °С. Обсуждается возможность применения легированных европием алюмоиттриевых композитов в качестве конвертеров УФ излучения в видимый диапазон и других структур фотоники.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The films of europium doped yttrium alumina composites (YAG:Eu) with europium concentration 0.020, 0.025, 0.030 M were synthesized using the sol-gel technique. The films were fabricated by spinning on fused silica followed by heat treatment. It is shown, that after the heat treatment within the temperature range of 800-1200 °С for 30 min the films reveal luminescence bands in the visible range, corresponding to the optical transitions5D0 →7Fj (j=0,..,4) of trivalent erbium ions. The films are X-ray amorphous, whereas the powder formed from one of the used sols with europium concentration of 0.02 M is in crystalline phase Y3Al5O12 after the heat treatment at 1000°C.
