При обработке экспериментальных зависимостей выделены спектры поглощения конечного продукта автоокисления (λm = 290—300 нм,  εm = 8400 М–1 · см–1 ), промежуточного аддукта адренохрома с сульфитом (λm = 343 нм, εm= 68000 М–1 · см–1) и реакционноспособного промежуточного продукта, предположительно, адренолютина (λm = 311, εm = 140000 М–1 · см–1 и λm = 373 нм, εm = 129000 М–1 · см–1). Оцененная константа равновесия образования аддукта адренохрома с сульфитом 5000 М–1 согласуется с литературными данными для карбонильных соединений. Результаты объясняют противоречия в данных, касающихся окисления и автоокисления адреналина в щелочной среде, полученных разными авторами. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The process of adrenaline autoxidation in an alkaline medium (pH=10.65) in the presence of sulfite was experimentally studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The absorption spectra of the final product of autoxidation (λm = 290–300 nm, εm = 8400 M–1 · cm–1), the intermediate adduct of adrenochrome with sulfite (λm =343 nm, εm = 68000 M–1 · cm–1), and the reactive an intermediate product, presumably adrenolutin (λm = 311, εm = =140000 M–1 · cm–1 and λm=373 nm, εm =129000 M–1 · cm–1) were determined with experimental data processing. The estimated equilibrium constant for the formation of adrenochrome adduct with sulfite 5000 M-1 agrees with the literature data for carbonyl compounds.
