С помощью предложенной методики изучено пространственное распределение изотопа 13С и NV-центров в образцах CVD-алмаза c изотопно-модифицированными слоями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A method for estimating the isotopic composition and concentration of NV-centers in diamond using Raman scattering and photoluminescence spectra is presented.
