Определены параметры колебательной и ориентационной релаксации тиоцианат-иона в полимерной матрице. При концентрациях соли ³0.3 моль/л характер и скорость колебательной дефазировки становятся идентичным колебаниям SCN-иона в водном растворе. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The Raman spectra of polyvinyl alcohol-potassium thiocyanate polymer films are studied. The parameters of the vibrational and orientational relaxation of thiocyanate ion in the polymer matrix are determined.
