Рассмотрен неэнзиматический путь нитрования белков под действием видимого света в присутствии рибофлавина и нитрита. С использованием метода масс-спектрометрии показано, что фотосенсибилизированные рибофлавином окислительно-восстановительные процессы с участием нитрита и тирозина/тирозила приводят к нитрованию тирозильных остатков Tyr-103 и Tyr-146 полипептидной цепи миоглобина из сердца лошади. Обсуждается возможная роль рибофлавина и других природных фотосенсибилизаторов в модификации и повреждении белков при воздействии на организм интенсивного видимого света в присутствии в крови нитритов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Protein tyrosine nitration is considered as one of the types of post-translational modification of proteins, indicating disruptions in metabolic and signaling functions of nitric oxide •NO and development of oxidative nitrosative stress. We have considered the non-enzymatic pathway of protein nitration under the action of visible light in the presence of riboflavin and nitrite. Using mass spectrometry method, it is shown that redox processes photosensitized by riboflavin and involving nitrite and tyrosine/tyrosyl residues lead to nitration of tyrosyl residues Tyr-103 and Tyr-146 in polypeptide chain of horse heart myoglobin. Possible role of riboflavin and other natural photosensitizers in modification and damage of proteins in conditions when the body is exposed to intense visible light in the presence of nitrites in the blood is discussed.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нитрование тирозина</kwd><kwd>нитротирозин</kwd><kwd>рибофлавин</kwd><kwd>миоглобин</kwd><kwd>дитирозин</kwd><kwd>активные формы кислорода</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tyrosine nitration</kwd><kwd>nitrotyrosine</kwd><kwd>riboflavin</kwd><kwd>myoglobin</kwd><kwd>dityrosine</kwd><kwd>reactive oxygen species</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Авторы выражают благодарность М.
