Для этих целей обычно применяют образцы с высокой концентрацией NV-центров, что повышает уровень сигнала, но препятствует измерению неоднородного поля в масштабах молекул или наноструктур. Измерены параметры слабого магнитного поля с учетом поля Земли посредством измерения сверхтонкой структуры спектра оптически детектируемого магнитного резонанса для калибровки и определения разрешения датчика магнитного поля на одиночном NV-дефекте.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The possibility of using NV-defects in a diamond at room temperature on nanometer spatial scales to measure the magnetic field has been studied. For these purposes, samples with a high concentration of NV-centers are usually used, which increases the signal level but prevents the measurement of an inhomogeneous field in the scale of molecules or nanostructures.
