ИИН возбуждается периодическим сигналом и шумом. Показано, что при определенном значении шума происходит существенное усиление периодического сигнала и увеличение отношения сигнал/шум. Исследовано влияние амплитуды и частоты периодического сигнала на проявление стохастического резонанса в ИИН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the phenomenon of stochastic resonance in an optoelectronic artificial spiking neuron (ASN) based on a single photon detector and a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser. ASN is excited by a periodic signal and noise. It is shown that at the certain value of the noise intensity, a significant amplification of the periodic signal and an increase in the signal-to-noise ratio are observed.
