Показано, что наибольший вклад в разброс получаемых результатов вносят неоднородность свойств ткани, вызываемая индивидуальным распределением сосудов и градиентами концентраций хромофоров в исследуемой точке тела, а также недостатки применяемой расчетной модели, обусловленные плохой изученностью показателей поглощения основных хромофоров обескровленной и обезвоженной подкожной ткани. Приведена методика регистрации спектрально-пространственных профилей и их двухэтапной обработки, а также обсуждены ее возможности и недостатки. Показана перспективность применения спектроскопии диффузного отражения с пространственным разрешением при контроле гидратации поверхностных тканей в процессе лечения их воспаления и отеков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Using specific examples of recording and processing the spectral-spatial profiles of local diffuse reflection of light radiation by tissues of the human hand, the capabilities of spectroscopy with spatial resolution when determining the optical properties and parameters of the microvasculature of the circulatory system of superficial tissues are demonstrated. It is shown that the greatest contribution to the scatter of the obtained results is made by the heterogeneity of tissue properties caused by individual distribution of vessels and gradients of chromophore concentrations in the investigated point of the body, as well as by poor study of absorption indices of the main chromophores of exsanguinated and dehydrated subcutaneous tissue. The technique of registration of spectral-spatial profiles and their two-stage processing is presented, and its capabilities and disadvantages are discussed.
