На основе ультрафильтрации в сочетании со спектрофотометрией предложен способ полуколичественного анализа пептидной фракции с молекулярной массой 10 кДа, которая определяет наиболее значимые свойства ГК. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the current work we employed dynamic light scattering as a method for analysis of hydrolyzed collagen (HC) quality and demonstrated that it could be effectively used as a fast and reliable approach in production and quality control.
