Установлено, что при нагревании субстанции в течение 6 ч увеличивается содержание некоторых примесей, количество которых не превышает 1 %. Показано, что методы ВЭЖХ и спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния могут быть использованы для установления качества субстанции амоксициллина тригидрата, полученной термической деградацией при 80 ºС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and Raman spectroscopy have been used to study the process of thermal degradation of amoxicillin trihydrate at temperature of 60 ºС. It has been established that when the substance is heated for 6 hours, the content of some impurities increases, the amount of which does not exceed 1%.
