Установлено, что соотношение HfO2:ZrO2 оказывает существенное влияние на интенсивность и кинетику затухания видимой люминесценции таких систем, а также на весовые коэффициенты и положения индивидуальных компонент спектральных полос люминесценции и ее возбуждения. Результат объясняется вкладом комплексных оптических центров примеси титана в ZrO2 во внутрицентровую люминесценцию кислородных вакансий в HfO2 и конкурирующим с ним гашением люминесценции центрами нерадиационной рекомбинации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Light-accumulating oxide systems HfO2−ZrO2 with the duration of afterglow up to 10 min were synthesized by the method of chemical deposition and their spectral-luminescent properties were investigated. It was found that the value of HfO2:ZrO2 ratio has a significant influence on the intensity and decay kinetics of visible luminescence of such systems, as well as on the values of the weight coefficients and the positions of individual components of the spectral bands of luminescence and its excitation.
