Полученная твердая фаза характеризуется повышенной на 30—50 % сорбционной емкостью по сравнению с полистиролом класса high-binding (Greiner, Австрия) и способностью усиливать флуоресцентный сигнал меток за счет плазмонного эффекта, что в совокупности обеспечивает рост интенсивности флуоресценции в 3—15 раз в зависимости от состояния поверхности планшета, природы полиэлектролита, оптических и физико-химических свойств меченых антител.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The effect of modification of the surface of polystyrene plates for immunoassay with silver nanoparticles and polyelectrolytes on the fluorescent signal of adsorbed antibodies with fluorescent labels IgG-FITC, IgG-AF488 and IgG-AF647 was studied. The resulting solid phase is characterized by an increased sorption capacity by 30–50 % compared to high-binding polystyrene (Greiner, Austria) and the ability to enhance the fluorescent signal of labels due to the plasmonic effect, which together ensures an increase in fluorescence intensity by 3–15 times, depending on the type of the plate surface, the nature of the polyelectrolyte, the optical and physicochemical properties of the labeled antibodies.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>плазмон-усиленная флуоресценция</kwd><kwd>наночастица серебра</kwd><kwd>полиэлектролит</kwd><kwd>твердофазный иммуноанализ</kwd><kwd>изотиоцианат флуоресцеина</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>plasmon-enhanced fluorescence</kwd><kwd>silver nanoparticle</kwd><kwd>polyelectrolyte</kwd><kwd>solid-phase immunoassay</kwd><kwd>fluorescein isothiocyanate</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при финансовой поддержке Белорусского республиканского фонда фундаментальных исследований (проект № Ф22ТУРЦ-007).
