Методом спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния света выявлены характерные особенности полученных графеновых структур. Положение и форма основных пиков изменялись в зависимости от количества слоев и их поворота, что свидетельствует об изменении характера взаимодействия между слоями. Изучены дополнительные пики в зависимости от угла поворота слоев графена. Определение отличительных особенностей структур с повернутыми слоями является необходимым шагом оптимизации масштабируемого процесса синтеза и производства наноэлектронных устройств на их основе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Graphene samples with a different number of layers and their relative rotation in graphene plane were obtained by chemical vapor deposition on a copper catalyst. The properties of the obtained graphene structures have been revealed by Raman spectroscopy. The position and form of the main peaks change depending on the number of layers and their rotation, which indicates a change in the nature of interaction between the layers. Additional peaks have been studied depending on the value of the angle of graphene layers rotation.
