На основе формы спектров КЛ при различных концентрациях активатора показаны возможность создания нерегулярных растворов оксида иттрия и европия и особенности структуры мелких и больших кристаллитов, формирующих пленку Y2O3:Eu. Оценено критическое расстояние для взаимодействия между ионами Eu3+ в узлах с точечной симметрией С2 и С3i и сделано предположение о механизмах миграции энергии между этими центрами. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The surface structure and cathodoluminescence (CL) spectra of thin films of Y2O3:Eu obtained by RF sputtering were investigated by varying the activator concentration in the range of 1.0-7.5 % by mole. Based on the shape of the CL spectra at different concentrations of the activator, the possibility of creating irregular solutions of yttrium and europium oxides and structural features of the small and large crystallites forming the Y2O3:Eu film were shown. The critical distance for the interaction between Eu3+ ions in nodes with C2 and C3i point symmetry was estimated and a mechanism of the energy migration between these centers was proposed. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>оксид иттрия</kwd><kwd>структура поверхности</kwd><kwd>катодолюминесценция</kwd><kwd>тонкая пленка</kwd><kwd>yttrium oxide</kwd><kwd>surface texture</kwd><kwd>cathodoluminescence</kwd><kwd>thin film</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">N.
