Установлено, что используемое легирование ведет к появлению интенсивного УФ-поглощения и уменьшению оптической ширины запрещенной зоны и энергии Урбаха. Люминесценция представлена широкой слабоструктурной полосой, простирающейся из ближней УФв ближнюю ИК-область спектра и обусловленной суперпозицией полос 3P1→1S0 разнотипных оптических центров Sb3+ и полосы переноса заряда Sb3+→Sb5+. Квантовый выход люминесценции при комнатной температуре и межзонном возбуждении для слаболегированного стекла близок к 20 %. Изучена ее кинетика затухания при Т = 298 и 77 К и рассмотрены причины, мешающие увеличению квантового выхода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fused glasses of Y2О3–Al2O3–В2О3 system with Sb2O3 additives have been synthesized and their spectral-luminescent and optical properties have been investigated. It is found that the doping used leads to the appearance of intense UV absorption and a decrease in the optical band gap width and the Urbach energy. Their luminescence is represented by a broad weakly structured band extending from the near-UV to the near-IR spectrum regions and caused by the superposition of 3P1→1S0 bands of different types of Sb3+ optical centers and Sb3+→Sb5+ charge transfer band. The quantum yield of such luminescence at room temperature and band-to-band excitation for weakly doped glass is close to 20%.
