Для проведения анализа образцы почвы спрессованы в виде таблеток. Для создания плазмы в воздухе при атмосферном давлении использован импульсный Nd:YAG-лазер. В этих условиях проанализированы временная эволюция спектральных характеристик и их зависимость от энергии лазерного импульса. Калибровочная кривая построена с помощью эталонных образцов песчаной почвы, взятых на местности. Для повышения точности анализа методом ЛИЭС использована кривая внутреннего стандарта. Полученные результаты показывают применимость метода ЛИЭС для анализа концентрации марганца в почве. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) has been applied to measure spectral characteristics and to perform quantitative analysis of the concentration of manganese in soil, an issue of great concern for precision agriculture. For the analysis, soil samples were compressed into pellets and a pulsed Nd:YAG laser was employed to produce the plasma in air at atmospheric pressure. Using this approach, we analyzed the time evolution of spectral characteristics and their dependence on the laser pulse energy. A calibration curve was constructed using reference sandy soil samples collected from a farm. An internal standard curve was used to improve the accuracy of the LIBS metrology for soil analyses.
