В частности, показана возможность оценки качества материала по спектральной ширине линии в спектре КР и интенсивности экситонной линии в спектре ФЛ, определения коррозионной стойкости, установления поведения электродов для металл-ионных батарей при их электрохимической поляризации методом operando КР-спектроскопии, установления фотоиндуцированных процессов, протекающих в солнечных элементах, путем совместной регистрации спектральных и фотоэлектрических характеристик и их эволюции при освещении.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The potential of Raman spectroscopy (RS) and photoluminescence (PL) for studying energy materials is discussed (phase composition analysis, assessment of crystal structure perfection and stability of a wide range of materials, study of electrodes for metal-ion batteries, photostability testing of photovoltaic devices, etc.). Specifically, the feasibility of assessing material quality based on the spectral linewidth in the RS spectrum and the intensity of the exciton line in the PL spectrum, determining corrosion resistance, establishing the behavior of electrodes for metal-ion batteries during their electrochemical polarization using operando Raman spectroscopy, and identifying ongoing photoinduced processes in solar cells by jointly recording the spectral and photoelectric characteristics and their evolution under illumination.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>материалы энергетики</kwd><kwd>комбинационное рассеяние света</kwd><kwd>фотолюминесценция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>energy materials</kwd><kwd>Raman scattering</kwd><kwd>photoluminescence</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">В.Г.Б., A.A.Б. и A.В.M. выражают благодарность отдельному проекту НАН Беларуси “Бетавольтаические преобразователи энергии на основе широкозонных полупроводников” (договор № 02/24/2024-26-236) за финансовую поддержку.
