На основе экспериментальных исследований и квантово-химических расчетов установлено, что краситель проявляет свойства молекулярного ротора. Это выражается в сильной зависимости квантового выхода флуоресценции от вязкости раствора. Показано, что квантовый выход флуоресценции молекул Th-C7 зависит от полярности растворителя, что позволяет рассматривать данный краситель как сольватохромный молекулярный ротор.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The absorption and fluorescence spectra of a new benzothiazole dye, monocarbostyril-benzothiazole (Th-C7), containing a carboxyl group as a linker, have been studied. Based on experimental studies and quantum chemical calculations, it has been established that the dye exhibits molecular rotor properties, which is manifested in the strong dependence of the fluorescence quantum yield on the solution viscosity.
