Определено влияние изменения анионного состава на их электрические свойства, а также найдено оптимальное содержание хлора, при котором достигается минимальная проводимость. Электронные свойства MAPbBr3–хClх изучены методами импедансной спектроскопии и оптической спектроскопии поглощения. Для подтверждения качества синтеза использованы ядерно-магнитная резонансная спектроскопия высокого разрешения (1Н) и порошковая рентгеновская дифракция.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Chlorine-substituted crystals of methylammonium lead bromide MAPbBr3–хClх, x = 0.01, …, 0.10, were synthesized. The effect of changing the anionic composition on their electrical properties was studied, and the optimal chlorine content was determined to achieve the desired conductivity characteristics. The electronic properties of MAPbBr3–хClх were studied using impedance spectroscopy and optical absorption spectroscopy.
