Изучены морфология полученных пленок с помощью атомно-силовой микроскопии, спектры пропускания и отражения. Проведен анализ электрофизических свойств структуры LaMnO3+0.5%Er2O3.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Thin films of lanthanum oxide doped with erbium, LaMnO3+0.5%Er2O3, deposited in a vacuum of p = 3 Pa on quartz and silicon substrates were studied under multi-pulse high-frequency f ∼ 12—15 kHz laser action on a ceramic target at a laser radiation power density of q = 81 MW/cm2. The morphology of the obtained films, transmission and reflection spectra were studied using atomic force microscopy.
