Установлено, что при возбуждении импульсным электронным пучком в спектрах люминесценции наряду с собственным свечением шпинели регистрируется излучение примесных ионов хрома и марганца. Кинетика затухания катодолюминесценции ионов Cr3+ и Mn2+ описывается суммой двух экспонент с временами затухания 35 и 409 нс для иона Cr3+ , 29 и 340 нс для Mn2+ . Высокотемпературное воздействие в процессе SPS-синтеза не приводит к изменению ближайшего окружения примесных ионов. Изменение соотношения интенсивности собственных и примесных центров в спектрах люминесценции керамики и нанопорошка связано с сильным диффузным рассеянием света в образцах шпинели в виде нанопорошков. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The spectral and luminescence decay kinetics of magnesium aluminate spinel ceramics prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique and the starting nanopowders were studied. It was demonstrated that there are two types of luminescence in spinel ceramics can be observed after pulse e-beam excitation. The first type is intrinsic defects, and the second one responsible for Cr3+ and Mn2+ ions. It was shown that the luminescence decay kinetics for Cr3+ and Mn2+ impurity ions can be approximated by the sum of two exponents. The decay times for the Cr3+ ion are 35 and 409 ns, for the Mn2+ ion are 29 and 340 ns. High-temperature exposure during of SPS synthesis does not lead to a change in the nearest surroundings of impurity ions.
