Особенностью спектров слюны является наличие полос поглощения тиоцианатных ионов. При сравнении типичного ИК спектра слюны со спектрами поглощения альбумина, глюкозы и лизоцима отмечено сходство областей 1700-1400 см- 1  со спектром альбумина и 1100-1040 см- 1  со спектрами глюкозы и лизоцима. Показано, что сахара находятся в слюне в связанном с белками виде. Выявлены корреляции между интенсивностью полос поглощения в ИК спектре слюны и ее биохимическим составом. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is established that groups of absorption bands corresponding to lipids, proteins, nucleic acids and sugars can be distinguished in the IR spectrum of saliva. A feature of the spectra of saliva is the presence of absorption bands of thiocyanate ions. When comparing the typical IR spectrum of saliva with the absorption spectra of albumin, glucose and lysozyme, the similarity of the 1700-1400 cm- 1  spectral region with the albumin spectrum and 1100-1040 cm- 1  spectral region with the spectra of glucose and lysozyme was noted. It is shown that the sugars are in saliva in a protein-related form.
