В оптимизированных условиях в результате образования меламин-тетрахлорбензохинонного комплекса цвет изменялся от пурпурного до желтого. Изучены процесс образования и устойчивость меламин-тетрахлорбензохинонного комплекса в боратном буфере. С использованием данных спектроскопии в УФ и видимой областях найдено стехиометрическое соотношение 1:1. С использованием нелинейного фиттинга рассчитана константа стабильности K = 1.78×104 M- 1  . Метод колориметрического визуального обнаружения успешно применен для обнаружения меламина. Чувствительность метода в чистом растворе меламина и в молочных образцах 25 и 50 ppb. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A colorimetric visual detection for melamine in milk, based on tetracyclopentyl calix[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit4">4</xref>]pyrrole-tetrachlorobenzoquinone assembly, was demonstrated. Color changes from purple to yellow occurred when a melamine-tetrachlorobenzoquinone complex was formed under optimized conditions. The formation and stability of the complex in a borate buffer was studied in detail. A 1:1 stoichiometric ratio was verified with UV-vis spectrometry, and a stability constant of 1.78×104 M- 1  was calculated using nonlinear fitting.
