Проведен сравнительный анализ методов лазерной спектроскопии для неинвазивной диагностики заболеваний по выдыхаемому воздуху, приведены примеры практической реализации этой идеи на базе ККЛ. Обсуждаются вопросы применения ККЛ в традиционной лазерной хирургии и лазерной ангиопластике. Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению терагерцового имиджинга мягких тканей, а также вопросам микроспектроскопии и созданию с ее помощью гиперспектральных изображений биоткани в среднем инфракрасном диапазоне. Сформулирован ряд проблем, связанных с применением ККЛ в медицине, а также указаны возможные направления перспективных исследований, где ККЛ могут сыграть решающую роль.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problems of application of quantum-cascade lasers (QCLs) in biomedical practice are considered. A comparative analysis of laser spectroscopy methods for non-invasive diagnostics of diseases by exhaled air has been carried out; examples of the practical implementation of this idea based on QCL are given. The use of QCL in traditional laser surgery and laser angioplasty is discussed. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of terahertz imaging of soft tissues, as well as to the issues of microspectroscopy and the creation with its help of hyperspectral images of biological tissue in the middle infrared range.
