Описаны объекты исследования - биологические жидкости, ткани, модельные системы для изучения экспериментальной неоплазии, охарактеризованы методологические особенности работы с каждой исследуемой системой. Приведено детальное описание спектральных особенностей, используемых для диагностики онкологических заболеваний, в том числе применение ИК спектроскопии для мониторинга процесса лечения, оценки эффективности лекарственной терапии, определения стадии заболевания и т. д. Охарактеризованы статистические методы обработки данных, получаемых с помощью ИК спектроскопии. Показаны основные ограничения метода ИК спектроскопии для диагностики онкологических заболеваний, а также перспективные направления и возможности внедрения в клиническую практику. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review presents data on the use of FT-IR spectroscopy for cancer diagnosis. The objects of study, namely biological fluids, tissues, and model systems for studying experimental neoplasia, as well as the methodological features of working with each system under investigation are described. A detailed description of the spectral features applicable for cancer detection is given, including the use of IR spectroscopy to monitor the treatment process, evaluate the effectiveness of drug therapy, determine the stage of the disease, etc. Statistical methods for processing the data obtained by IR spectroscopy are shown.
