Обнаружено, что денатурация сывороточного альбумина человека мочевиной стимулирует J-агрегацию красителя. В присутствии денатурированного альбумина и полиэтиленимина краситель образует J-агрегаты двух типов. Образующиеся в присутствии полиэтиленимина J-агрегаты претерпевают перестройку во времени. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>J-aggregation of the anionic oxacarbocyanine dye 3,3¢-di-(γ-sulfopropyl)-5,5’-diphenyl-9-ethyloxacarbocyanine betaine is studied in aqueous solutions in the presence of proteins (collagens, immunoglobulin G, serum albumins) and polyelectrolytes (polyethylenimine, polyvinylpyrrolidone). It has been found that the denaturation of human serum albumin by urea stimulates J-aggregation of the dye. In the presence of denatured albumin and polyethylenimine, the dye forms J-aggregates of two types.
