Методом спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния света исследованы изменения структуры алмазных покрытий в зависимости от параметров осаждения. Получены данные о степени их структурной перестройки при различных условиях трибологического контакта и изучены процессы вторичного зародышеобразования на разных гранях алмаза в процессе осаждения из газовой фазы. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The single- and multilayer coatings of micro- and nanocrystalline diamond were deposited on cemented carbide substrates (WC + 6 wt.% Co alloy) in a microwave plasma of methane-hydrogen and methane-hydrogen-nitrogen mixtures. The barrier tungsten layers were used to improve adhesion of the diamond coatings on the substrates. Raman spectroscopy was used to study properties of the nano- and microcrystalline diamond coatings depending on the deposition parameters.
