Разработанный метод основан на анализе рассеивающей компоненты электромагнитного излучения, проходящего через образец, и позволяет определить размер рассеивающих частиц (капель) и их распределение по размерам. Установлено, что с увеличением концентрации дисперсной фазы размеры частиц увеличиваются, что подтверждено независимыми методами исследования — динамического светорассеяния и оптической микроскопии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The morphology of two types of emulsions - milk fat in water and liquid paraffin in isopropyl alcohol of various concentrations - was studied by electron spectroscopy in the UV and visible ranges. The developed method is based on the analysis of the scattering component of electromagnetic radiation passing through the sample, which allows determining the size of the scattering particles (droplets) and their size distribution. It was found that particle sizes increase with an increase in the concentration of the dispersed phase.
