Метод может быть использован при проведении медико-биологических исследований и стать основой для разработки способов диагностики или прогнозирования течения заболеваний, связанных с нарушением метаболизма цинка.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We demonstrate a biophysical approach for estimation of the dynamics of a labile pool of zinc ions in human erythrocytes in the range from 1 to 1000 nM using a FluoZin-3 fluorescent probe.
