Представлены результаты разработки его основных узлов — коллиматора излучения светодиода и широкополосного поляризатора с большой угловой апертурой. Рассмотрена проблема коллимации сильно расходящегося излучения светодиода. Показано, что для ее решения перспективно использование модифицированной конической линзы. На основе многослойной структуры разработан и изготовлен широкополосный поляризатор с большой угловой апертурой, который является важным элементом оптоэлектронного устройства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A new approach to the development of an optoelectronic device for molecular orientation of functional materials is proposed. The results of the development of its main components - a collimator of led radiation and a broadband polarizer with a large angular aperture are presented. The problem of collimation of strongly divergent led radiation is considered. It is shown that the use of a modified conical lens is promising for the problem solution.
