Установлено, что композиты имеют дырочный тип фотопроводимости, а внутренний фотоэффект определяется фотогенерацией носителей заряда из добавленных молекул и транспортом дырок по донорным фрагментам полимерной матрицы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We investigated the photoconducting and photovoltaic properties of thin film composites based on polyN-epoxypropylcarbazole dopped with molecules of two organic conductors, namely, tetrathiаfulvalene and Ni-dithiolene derivatives.
