Концентрация основного бактерицидного компонента воздушной плазменной струи (озона) определялась с помощью ИК- и УФ-абсорбционной спектроскопии, что повышает достоверность измерений. При изучении воздействия плазменных струй на бактерии Staphylococcus aureus установлено, что воздушная струя обладает лучшим инактивационным эффектом по сравнению с гелиевой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A study of the component composition ofplasma jets generated by a dielectric barrier discharge in helium and air at atmospheric pressure was carried out by the methods of emission and absorption spectroscopy. The concentration of the main bactericidal component of the air plasma jet (ozone) was determined using both IR and UV absorption spectroscopy that increases the reliability of measurements.
