Спектры поглощения в УФ-видимой области, а также спектры флуоресценции, ИК, ЯМР и расчеты методом теории функционала плотности показывают, что механизмом распознавания Cu2+ по тушению флуоресценции сенсора HL является фотоиндуцированный перенос электронов (ФПЭ) между группой распознавания (фенольная гидроксильная группа и группа основания Шиффа) сенсора и сигнальной группой (бензольное кольцо), а распознавание Zn2+ по усиленной флуоресценции сенсора HL основано на заторможенном процессе ФПЭ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A novel tridentate bisoxime chemosensor HL has been developed as a two-in-one platform for colorimetric recognition of Cu2+ (from blue to green), and fluorescent recognition of Cu2+ fluorescence quenching) and Zn2+ (fluorescence enhancement) in aqueous solution (CH3OH/H2O, 9:1, v/v).
