Спектры ε2(E), - Imε- 1  , - Im(1+ε)- 1  разложены на 15 простых полос с установлением их основных параметров, в том числе энергии максимума и силы осциллятора. Расчеты выполнены на основе экспериментального спектра отражения с использованием соотношения Крамерса-Кронига и усовершенствованного беспараметрического метода диаграмм Арганда. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The full spectral complex of optical functions of the 6H-SiC polytype was determined in the energy range from 0 to 35 eV. The spectra of ε2(E), - Imε-1, - Im(1+ε)-1 were decomposed into 15 simple bands. Main parameters of the bands were established including the maximum energy and oscillator strengths.
