Методика разработана на основе данных, полученных в результате комплексных аналитических исследований TES, с использованием хромато-масс-спектрометра MSD 5975C-GC 7890A и спектрометра InViaRaman, обеспечивающих построение градуировочного графика и проведение количественного экспресс-анализа TES с помощью InViaRaman без наличия стандартов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The technique of express-analysis of triethoxysilane (TES), which is the main intermediate product of chemical reactions occurring in the processes of silane synthesis, is described.
