Исследуемые образцы бионефти обладают сильной флуоресценцией с максимумами при lex/lem = 240/375 (A), 290/380 (B) и 330/395 нм (C). Синий сдвиг максимума C в спектре флуоресценции после обогащения показывает, что в процессе переработки флуоресцирующие молекулы могут потерять часть функциональных групп. Установлена сильная линейная зависимость между отношением интенсивностей максимумов флуоресценции С к В и содержанием азота. Показано, что использование трехмерной флуоресцентной спектроскопии может обеспечить чувствительный, недорогой, интуитивный и быстрый способ контроля содержания азота в бионефти из водорослей. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The feasibility of using three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy to monitor nitrogen content in algal bio-oil was investigated. The experimental results suggested that all the bio-oil samples studied exhibited strong fluorescence. Three fluorescence peaks were observed at lex/lem = 240/375 nm (peak A), 290/380 nm (peak B), and 330/395 nm (peak C). The blue-shift in the fluorescence emission wavelength of peak C after upgrading indicated that the fluorescence molecules may lose some functional groups during the upgrading process. Further studies showed that there was a strong linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity ratio of peak C to peak B and the nitrogen content. This work suggests that the use of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy could provide a sensitive, low cost, intuitive and rapid tool for monitoring the nitrogen content in algal bio-oil. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>трехмерная флуоресцентная спектроскопия</kwd><kwd>бионефть из водорослей</kwd><kwd>содержание азота в бионефти</kwd><kwd>three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy</kwd><kwd>algal bio-oil</kwd><kwd>nitrogen content in bio-oil</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">R.
