Данные дифракции рентгеновских лучей подтверждают полностью аморфную природу образцов. Спектры оптического поглощения интерпретированы с помощью теории Джадда-Офельта. Радиационные параметры, такие как вероятности переходов, коэффициент ветвления, радиационное время жизни и сечение вынужденного излучения, оценены с использованием параметров интенсивности Джадда-Офельта. Спектры люминесценции стекол, легированных ионами Dy3+  и Sm3+ , зарегистрированы при возбуждении линией 476 нм Ar+ -лазера. Сечения стимулированной эмиссии, скорости радиационных переходов и коэффициент ветвления перехода4F9/2→6H13/2 иона Dy3+ позволяют сделать вывод о том, что стекла LiCaB, содержащие 2 мол.% Dy3+ , являются перспективным люминесцентным материалом для получения генерации. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The glasses were prepared by a melt quenching technique and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical absorption, and luminescence spectral studies. The XRD analysis indicates that the prepared samples are of fully amorphous nature. Optical absorption spectra have been investigated using the Judd-Ofelt theory. Radiative parameters such as transition probabilities, branching ratios, radiative lifetime, and stimulated emission cross section have been evaluated using Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters. The luminescence spectra of both of Dy3+  as well of Sm3+ doped glasses were recorded with the 476 nm line of an Ar+  laser. Based on the values of stimulated emission cross section, radiative transition rate, and branching ratio of the emission transition4F9/2®6H13/2 of Dy3+ , it is suggested that 2 mol.% of Dy3+ LiCaB glass is a promising luminescent material for lasing applications. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>стекла LiCaB</kwd><kwd>люминесценция</kwd><kwd>радиационные свойства</kwd><kwd>легированные ионами Dy стекла</kwd><kwd>легированные ионами Sm стекла</kwd><kwd>LiCaB glass</kwd><kwd>luminescence</kwd><kwd>radiative property</kwd><kwd>Dy doped glasses</kwd><kwd>Sm doped glasses</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">G.
